cancellation policy. 

1. Membership Cancellations & Refunds: 

​

- Members on the general plan (empower your basics) can cancel their membership at any time without further obligation. No refunds will be made due the freemium nature of the membership of the plan. 

 

- Members on paying memberships must contact Women of ITSM within 48 hours of signing up if they wish to cancel their membership, where where a full refund will processed and accounts will be closed. Those members can move across the general plan (see terms above). After 48hours of the date purchased ALL SALES ARE FINAL and refunds will not be issued for early cancellation.

- Once a membership has been finalised and accessed, no refunds will be given. This is due to the digital nature of the content and resources provided.

- If a member has not accessed the membership platform, a refund request may be considered if made within 14 days of the purchase date. Any request made after the 14-day window will not be considered.

 

- All membership run for a 12 month period from the date purchased. All membership will automatically renew unless cancellation has been actioned on the members side.

2. Payment Errors:

- If you believe you have been billed in error, please notify us immediately by contacting hello@womenofitsm - We will work with you to correct any billing errors or discrepancies.

3. Changes to the Refund Policy. 

​

- Women of ITSM reserve the right to change this refund policy at any time by updating this page. Changes will become effective immediately upon their posting on the website. It is the member’s responsibility to review our refund policy to stay informed about any changes.
